I studied massage at Ashmead College of Massage in Fife, WA, and have been a licensed massage therapist since 2004.  I have worked many settings, including chiropractic offices, a fitness center, day- and med-spas, and my own practice.  I was a massage therapy instructor from 2006 to 2014, teaching new and experienced therapists.
In 2013 I completed my Yoga Teacher Training and in 2015 I received my Nutritional Therapy Certification. Both are fantastic compliments to my massage training.  My goals for my practice have always been to facilitate healing and prevent injury, but have really grown to incorporate stress reduction and inner peace.

My name is Julia Mims, I became interested after massaging my sister after basketball games when I was much younger. I look at massage as an opportunity to communicate in a way that requires permission and acceptance. I ask of you to allow me to meet you where you are and accept me working on the situation that you are experiencing. I have taken different courses all leading to maintaining and expressing personal respect for myself and for you.
I see every client as a chance to cater the massage to them personally. I specialize in relaxation, deep tissue, and aromatherapy. I have begun studying to be a doula and will continue to gain my foundation in Naturopathic Medicine.

Hi, my name is Stephanie Rinehart. I knew shortly after graduating high school that I wanted to become an LMT, but it wasn't until a few years ago when I moved to Nashville that I decided to pursue this as a career. I studied massage at Miller-Motte Technical College of Madison, and became a Licensed Massage therapist in June of 2015. Since then, I have worked in both chiropractic offices, as well as a spa-setting. I believe in the body's ability to heal itself, and I use my knowledge as a Massage Therapist to help assist in that process. 
Our Motivation 
We are individually and collectively motivated by a desire to help people live pain free lives.  We have studied, and continue to learn, many types of bodywork.  We learn from and apply many Eastern cultural modalities, including Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Thai Massage.  We also practice Western modalities such as Neuromuscular Therapy and Myofascial Release.  We believe in treating the whole person, therefore we recommend and offer exercise and nutritional therapy for whole body healing.
